Policies and Procedures

A non refundable deposit of $ 250.00 is due at the time of booking. The deposit is deducted from your total contract price.
Final payment is due one month prior to the reservation date.
Any cancellation 14 days or less prior to the contracted service date will forfeit all funds paid toward the reservation.
Any cancellation made 15 – 29 days prior to the contracted service date will be issued a credit for future use only less the $ 250.00 deposit and a $20.00 cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made 30 days or more prior to the contracted service date will be issued a refund less the $250.00 deposit and a $20.00 cancellation fee.
Any balance due not paid by the agreed upon date will be considered a cancellation and the appropriate clause will take effect.
